Sarah Streitz is a Minneapolis musician/songwriter. Her 2015 recording debut, Take One, received local accolades and national airplay and established her in the Twin Cities music scene. Unapologetically old school, her classic rock and country soul repertoire is rhythmically funky, lyrically astute and always memorable. Authentic yet familiar, Sarah’s voice is raw and understated like many of the songwriters from whom she takes cues. Her new release, Yesterday’s Child, is a collection of up tempo country, swamp blues, Americana road songs and rock and roll and was produced/engineered and mixed by Greg Schutte at Bathtub Shrine Recording in Minneapolis.
