Hey Danny boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling you to the Black Dog for the 2011 Saint Patricks Day Parade! And The Black(Irish)Dog will be serving something to light up those Irish eyes from breakfast till closing time.

The Parade starts at noon at 4th and Sibley streets which makes the Black Dog the perfect place to gather the clan. We've got hot cocoa for the wee ones and pints for the lads. So, save your green for the Guinness and corned beef! Park your car for a couple o' bucks (all day) in the lots just east of the Black Dog.

At 6:30pm, The Black Dog Presents....

“The Next Parish Over"  

a  rollicking celebration of St. Patrick's Day featuring stories, poems, jokes, drama, music and food of Ireland and the Irish diaspora. Performances by Mike Finley, Kathleen Heaney, James Silas Rogers, and Rich Broderick and music by The Mighty Fine Wake Band. 

Admission is free, but donations are encouraged to support Art Buddies, a nonprofit that pairs low-income kids with creative mentors (www.artbuddies.org).

On street parking is available and off-street parking in the lot behind the Black Dog is only $1 for the entire evening. For more information, call 651-228-9274.
